Meet the Owner

Founder & Principal Consultant

Lia Stewart is the founder of Prim Heiress Events & Principal Consultant. Her style is pure luxury & she can make dreams a reality. She specializes in all things bridal, corporate events and social celebrations.

She believes organization is key when planning any celebration. With a background in Engineering & Event Planning she understands the need for perfection and anything less is unacceptable.

Lia feels most rewarded when all of the details come together flawlessly. While working in the Consumer Packaged Goods world she was often asked to plan corporate events & team outings. Not only did that help her perfect her craft, it helped her understand how demanding the schedules are of her potential clients, the need to balance work, life and family.

Meet the Creative

Lead Designer

Raquel Huff is a member of the Prim Heiress design team. She is a master facilitator, with degrees in Education & Education Technology. Raquel has spearheaded major events that have required her to creatively design candy tables, dessert displays and more.

She finds joy in planning events and seeing them come to life. She has the ability to create a dream from a blank canvas, and often creates unforgettable, themed celebrations for adults as well as children. Raquel is passionate about colors and mixing textures, ultimately adding depth to tablescapes & designs.

Meet the Logistics Concierge

Communications & Production Coordinator

The perfect wedding includes more than just a beautiful design, weddings are a FULL production! With Darcel’s background in theatre, she is beyond capable of planning a production. She has coordinated theatrical plays, religious celebrations, themed children’s parties & anniversary celebrations! She successfully hosts a handful of luncheons annually.

One of her gifts would be venue selections. Finding a venue can be a challenge, but Darcel can ease this process with her talent and experience. Wedding day preparation is key and to ensure this, Darcel stays in consistent contact with the venue coordinator. She also assists with creating the itinerary as well as organizing the ceremony rehearsal. Darcel’s passion is key to the success of the company!
